 1. Summer Re-Imagined for rising 3rd-9th grade students

June 17-20, 9 am - 2 pm, $275/week

Explore food insecurity and volunteer at 4 different non-profits

Open to 8 students in rising 6th - 9th grades

July 29-August 1, 10 am - 12 pm, $35/day or $125/week

Explore different social issues

Open to 10 students in rising 3rd - 5th grades

August 26-29, 9 am - 2 pm, $75/day or $275/week

Explore different social issues

Open to 12 students in rising 6th - 9th grades

2. Immerse-Involve-Ignite Summer Package for rising 8th–12th
grade students


Experience our signature Immerse-Involve-Ignite program in a series of six 4-hour-plus educational and service opportunities, covering a variety of social issues. These small group experiences will be offered once a week throughout the summer. You select the workshops that connect with your passions (and schedule). All on Wednesdays, 10–2 pm. Pick 4 or 5 for $50 each; 6 or 7 for $45 each; or all 8 for $40 each.

3. Explore a Social Issue at One of Impact’s Non-Profits
Partners for rising 10th–12th grade students


Are you seeking a sustained volunteer experience? Included is a consultation session to discover one’s passion, setting up the experience with an Impact non-profit partner, 1 hour of training/education in social issue, and we accompany the youth the first day of their volunteer experience. These experiences are available throughout the summer, usually taking place for consecutive days in one or more weeks. You will need to provide your own transportation. Spaces limited.

$150 ($50 donated to non-profit) Options include:

Thorncroft Equestrian Center in Malvern
week-long commitments throughout summer for rising 8–12 grade students, 10 am–3 pm

TALK Institute in Newtown Square
3 week commitment for rising 9-12 grade students, July 1–July 19, 9 am–2 pm

Brandywine SPCA in West Chester
week-long commitments for their Critter Camp throughout the summer for rising 9th–12th grade students, 9 am–3 pm

HIAS in Philadelphia
4 week commitment (at their summer camp for children of immigrants) in July for rising 9th–12th grade students

Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia
2 days a week for 8 weeks commitment during summer for rising 9th–12th grade students, 9 am–12 pm

St. Barnabas Mission for Homeless Women & Children in Philadelphia
July 1–August 9, once a week for a 3 or more week commitment for rising 9th–12th grade students, time of day flexible.

In addition, we may be able to customize a program for you in one of the following social issue areas:
